Please note that we always ensure that your order is processed quickly so that you will soon have your new boxing gloves, punching bag or other boxing equipment in your hands. We can only have a limited influence on any problems of our shipping partners or third parties. We are at your disposal for questions about your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany

• The shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are normally €6.90.
• For deliveries that are particularly large or heavy - such as punching bags - we charge shipping costs of €15.90.
• If you order from us "by surname", our shipping partner will charge a fee of €10.00 for the money transfer. The costs are to be paid directly to the courier upon receipt of the package (this regulation always applies to purchases “on surname”).

Delivery times “immediately available”

We have most of our items in stock so that we can deliver them to you “immediately”. After receipt of your order, it takes about 1 to 2 working days to ship the items. In addition, there is the processing and shipping time of our shipping partner, which is usually also 1 to 2 working days.

Please note that the delivery time for our in-stock products may vary depending on the workload of our shipping partner. Especially at peak times or certain times of the year, a few more days can be expected.

You do not need to register an account to order from TUF WEAR Germany. Nevertheless, we need personal information from you about your name, your address and contact options in order to be able to process the order.

No, there is no minimum order value for an order at TUF WEAR Germany.

When will my order be with me?

After purchasing it in our shop, we will prepare your order for shipping as quickly as possible and hand the package over to our shipping partner . Normally it takes about 2-4 working days until the order is with you. The duration of the estimated delivery time is shown to you in the ordering process.

What about my order?

If it takes more than 4 working days for your order to be shipped, please be patient. It could be that our shipping partner has to process more deliveries than usual due to public holidays or busy periods and this causes the delivery delays. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the duration of the package delivery time.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order after purchase, it is best to contact us directly via message or phone. If the order has not yet been dispatched by us, we can cancel it.
